The Fine Print

  • Along with website design and social media packages, DTC offers the following services:

    - Blogging
    - Newsletters
    - Email Marketing
    - Marketing Material Design

  • Homework will be assigned within 1-2 business days of officially booking the project. You have at least 2 weeks to complete this guided to-do list (for submission of content for the website) before the project starts.

    Homework must be complete and turned in before the project starts.

    WEEK 1

    • Monday = project starts, we have a kickoff call to go over the submitted content and ask each other any questions

    • Wednesday = home page draft sent for review

    • Friday = client feedback is due

    WEEK 2

    • Wednesday = full website sent for review

    • Thursday = client feedback is due

    • Friday = launch day! We meet to launch the site and I teach you how to make your own edits.

    E-COMMERCE TIMELINE ADDITIONS

    If products are to be added to the full website option, an additional week will be added to the timeline.

    For the web design + e-commerce option, up to two weeks may be added to the timeline.

    All timeline information will be provided within 1-2 days of booking.

  • You can either pay in full, or split the investment into 3 payments:

    • The first payment is due at booking to hold the spot in my calendar

    • The next payment is due at/by the kickoff call (always on a Monday)

    • The final payment is due on/by the launch date (Friday of the final week)

    A detailed payment plan will be given at the time of booking when the contract is signed.

    Specific due dates are flexible as long as each invoice is paid in full by those milestones.

    If you need to push your start date, you will be subject to a $250 rebooking fee to respect the time that other clients have booked.

  • Timeline:

    One 8-hour day. You will need to be readily available if I need to pause work to get feedback before continuing.

    We’ll discuss a ‘punch list’ of to-dos if you need edits to help create the scope of work and book your project. For those using the VIP Day to get a 1-3 page website, we’ll discuss that in lieu of a punch list.

    Anything I need in order to complete the work is due prior to the start of your project day.

    Any files or assets (graphics, edited photos, etc) created for your project will be exported into formats or templates you can use & sent to you 1-2 business days after our project date.

    Payment:

    Due to the fast-paced nature of how VIP Days work, payment can either be paid in full at booking or split:

    • 50% due at booking

    • 50% due at start of project day

  • These pages do not include legal terms, just the design and layout for them.

    You must supply your own legal policy content.
